Designing the brand identity for NewPath Properties was easy but difficult at the same time. With endless possibilities to story tell, narrowing down the elements for NewPath was challenging but turned out amazing.

NewPath is known for fix and flipping top shelf retail homes and raising the value of communities. Having the reputation for making old things new, NewPath needed a look that would feel fresh, modern, and signifying a new direction for communities.

“Bringing others joy through real estate” is NewPath’s tagline, and they certainly make this happen. Naturally, an easy to read typeface with softer colors and elements easy to dictate were vital to the integrity of the brand’s identity. With the pin drop shaped as a “P,” and the arrow signifying a new direction, the elements simply explain the story that NewPath Properties contains.

The owner of NewPath Properties grew up in a home built in 1895 and there was always some type of repair or renovation underway during his childhood. He spent lots of time in his early years renovating this home. Jeff has always enjoyed real estate and decided to start buying, renovating, and selling properties in the Charlotte area in 2009 after the Great Recession pummeled home values. Through their efforts, NewPath Properties has helped hundreds of homeowners get the equity they need out of their homes and move on with their lives.
